The financial core of HYPERSYS Nexus: a real double-entry general ledger with subledger accounting, payables and receivables workbenches, bank connectivity and a full reporting center.
General Ledger & Close
- Chart of Accounts with segments and cross-validation rules; every document posts a traceable journal through Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Manual journals with live balance checks; period close supported by account reconciliation and the Financial Reporting Center (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, budget-vs-actual, consolidation, CSV export).
Payables & Receivables
- AP workbench: suppliers, bills with 2/3-way matching, approval workflows, payment batches (EFT/wire/check), voids and reissues, withholding tax.
- AR workbench: invoicing, receipts, adjustments, write-offs; Collections adds aging, DSO, promises-to-pay, disputes and automated dunning tiers.
Banking & Cash
- Banking & Reconciliation: per-account overviews, statement lines with categorise-or-reconcile flows, receipt attachments and tax splits.
- Cash Management: cash position, CSV/MT940/CAMT/BAI2 statement imports, auto-reconciliation, transfers, 13-week forecast.
- Open Banking feeds stream live transactions from Plaid, TrueLayer, Tink, Mono and Okra; Treasury connectivity imports SWIFT MT940 and exports ISO 20022 pain.001 payment files.
Assets, Budgets & Tax
- Fixed assets register with depreciation runs, transfers, revaluations, disposals and physical verification.
- Budgets by account and quarter with template import; the tax engine applies country VAT and US state rates on documents, tracks obligations and filings with e-mail reminders, and generates PEPPOL/UBL e-invoices.
